On Wednesday (September 16, 2026), the MOVE-certificate was part of the program during a visit by guests from Oldenburg to Alfa-college in Groningen. Cigdem Zantingh (Institute Director) and Christian Letteboer (Project Coordinator) from the Rijnland Instituut, one of the partners behind the MOVE-certificate, presented the certificate to those in attendance.
The group consisted of teachers and Oliver Pundt, the director of BBS Wechloy, as well as employees of the City of Oldenburg and training companies. For the MOVE-certificate, this was a great opportunity to raise awareness of the certificate among an international and diverse audience, including stakeholders directly involved in internships, exchanges, and cross-border vocational education.
The visit was part of a week focused on Dutch-German cooperation: in addition to the presentation at Alfa-college, the group visited other educational institutions and the city of Groningen, and concluded the week with a visit to Hof van Saksen. These kinds of encounters demonstrate how international experience takes shape in practice and why a tool like the MOVE-certificate is valuable in this context.
